AERX Controls is operated by Shaanxi Aerx Industrial Co., Ltd. in Xi’an, Shaanxi, China. This website supports industrial instrumentation inquiries, model review, nameplate review, application review, sourcing, replacement and quotation support.

Information you provide

When you submit an inquiry, we may receive your name, company name, business email, country or region, phone or WhatsApp details, product or model number, inquiry type, message, and information you later send by email or WhatsApp. The website form does not accept file uploads.

How we use information

We use inquiry information to receive, review, route and respond to inquiries; review models, nameplates and applications; support sourcing, replacement and quotation discussions; secure the website and email systems; and keep reasonable business records. We do not add inquiry emails to marketing lists automatically, sell personal information, or use advertising, remarketing, advertising pixels, heatmaps, cross-site profiling or analytics at launch.

Technical and service processing
